Try this super quick and easy Ceasar Salad recipe with smoked chicken, kale and brocolli. It's filling and good for you and tastes amazing thanks to the smoky warm flavour of Hellmann's Caesar with Smoked Garlic Dressing.
  • 100 g kale roughly chopped stems removed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 loaf wholemeal bread
  • 115 g tenderstem broccoli cooked (opitonal)
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped
  • 2 celery stick sliced
  • 1 green apple sliced
  • 4 spring onions finely chopped
  • 100 g hazelnuts roasted
  • 300 g cooked chicken fillets finely sliced
  • 4 tbsps Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Dressing

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 Blanch kale and set aside to cool in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil mixed in.
  • 3 Cut bread into bitesize cubes and marinate with remaining olive oil and the ground black pepper. Place the bread cubes on baking paper and bake in oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  • 4 Add the broccoli, chilli, celery, apple, spring onions and hazelnuts to the cooled kale, followed by the sliced chicken.
  • 5 Top with the Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Dressing, and mix well.
  • 6 Serve onto plate and sprinkle with the croutons.
