Try this fantastic potato salad recipe with a twist. Potatoes, pears, hazelnuts and the creamy warm taste of new Hellmann's Caesar with Smoked Garlic Dressing.
  • 300 g new potato peeled cut into cubes
  • 4 celery sticks chopped
  • 6 tbsp Hellmann's Smokey Caesar Dressing
  • 2 pears small cubed
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 50 g hazelnuts roasted and roughly chopped
  • 1 red onion finely sliced
  • handful of parsley finely chopped

  • 1 Boil the potatoes for 10-15 mins until cooked through.
  • 2 Drain and toss with the Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Dressing while still hot.
  • 3 Let it cool down into the dressing.
  • 4 Add the celery, pears, lime juice and hazelnuts.
  • 5 Add the sliced red onion and chopped parsley and stir well.
  • 6 Sprinkle with lime zest and spoon into a bowl to serve.
