Romeo and Juliet, Starsky and Hutch, Torvil and Dean. Amazing stories often start with great partnerships, and for us there is no better partnership than warm, new potatoes and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Add to that mango, curry powder, coriander and mint, and you have a very special story indeed.
  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of spring onion, sliced
  • Small handful, fresh coriander, chopped
  • mint leaves, chopped (just a few)
