  • 2 oz sourdough baguette
  • 100 grams ready-to-eat pulled pork
  • 50 grams wafer thin honey roast ham slice
  • 1 tomato
  • 40 grams sliced Gruyère cheese
  • 100 grams kale
  • 10 grams fresh green jalapeno pepper
  • 30 grams Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 13 grams oil

Method

  • 1 Take a fresh sour dough baguette and roughly tear it in half down the centre.
  • 2 Flash fry the kale in an oil-less frying pan.
  • 3 Like a master craftsman, spread a thick layer of Hellmann’s and on this, build up the rest of the ingredients inside the torn roll.
  • 4 Take a frying pan, place on a medium heat, then use another heavy pan to press the sandwich down, heating and squashing it.
