“Y’know, there just aren’t enough meats on sticks,” says Ben Stiller in the 90s comedy There’s Something About Mary. We feel just the same, and when it comes to meat on a stick, chicken satay has to be the best.
  • For the Skewers: 6 skinless organic chicken breast fillets
  • juice 2 oranges
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 10 grams curry powder
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 gram black pepper
  • 10 grams turmeric
  • fresh orange zest 2 oranges
  • 5 grams thyme to taste
  • bamboo skewers
  • For the sauce: 400 grams Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 50 grams parsley thinly sliced
  • 200 grams natural yogurt
  • juice 1 lemon
  • 5 gram fresh lemon zest
  • 10 grams curry powder
  • 10 grams turmeric
  • 1 fresh chilli thinly sliced
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 2 grams sugar

  • 1 Skewers: Cut the fillets in long and approximately 2cm thick strips. Mix other ingredients and season the fillet strips, leave to rest for 4 hours.
  • 2 Sauce: Mix all ingredients and put into small bowls. Serve with the grilled skewers.
