Creamy One Pot Chicken Pasta

One-pot recipes are the ultimate fast track hack, so when you pair that with a dollop of Hellmann’s for an instantly creamy sauce, it feels like cheating!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 1 onion sliced
- 300 g dried pasta
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 100 g baby leaf spinach
- 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
- 3 tbsp Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan shavings
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
METHOD

Set a wide, lidded pan or casserole dish over a medium-high heat.

Add the vegetable oil followed by the chicken & onions. Cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the chicken stock, spinach, broccoli and pasta, bring to a simmer and place the lid on the pot. Cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente.

Stir through the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and spoon the pasta into bowls. Serve, topped with grated parmesan and cracked black pepper.
