Hot cross buns just got a makeover. A base of fresh, crisp lettuce and onion is topped with a generous serving of our special Hellmann’s Coronation Chicken mix. \r\nA simply bun-derful Easter lunch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 hot cross buns
  • 1 red onion sliced into rings
  • 1 lettuce
  • 200 grams chicken breast shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 pinch medium curry powder

METHOD

  1. For the Coronation mix the Hellmann’s mayo with curry powder and mango chutney. Fold in the cooked chicken.

  2. Slice and toast the Hot Cross Buns.

  3. Top the base with lettuce and red onion rings, and fill with Coronation Chicken mix.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
