Beef and Mustard Mayo Yorkshire Wrap
- 1 yorkshire pudding mix
- 1 medium egg
- 1 beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Jar
- 2 tablespoon Colman's English Mustard
- bunch watercress
Mix the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and Colman’s English Mustard.
Pour your batter mix onto a flat tray and cook. Pull out five minutes before the recommended cooking time to ensure it sinks slightly
Spread the Mustard Mayo mix onto your flat yorkshire
Top with warm brisket and watercress.
Roll up the wrap, pin with skewer and serve sliced (similar to image on the left)
Great with a dip pot of rich red wine gravy!
