Create a coronation chicken sarnie fit for a Queen!

Hellmann's Vegan Range


35g Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise​

35g Yogurt​

½ tsp Curry powder​

1 tsp Vinegar ​

110g Poached chicken (or any leftover chicken you have!​

A handful of shredded baby gem, parsley, spring onion and coriander ​

A handful of Bombay Mix ​

A handful of Lime Pickled Onions​

Chop the red onions, mix together with the lime juice and salt and leave to pickle for 2-3 days (this can be done ahead of sandwich making day).​

Put the chicken leg and breast meat in a pot of water and bring to the boil. Then, leave the lid on, turn the heat off and leave for 90 minutes. Alternatively, you can left over any leftover chicken you have in the fridge!​

Mix equal weights of mayonnaise and yogurt, add the curry powder and vinegar.​

Shred the coriander, baby gem and spring onion.​

Take pieces of chicken, mix with the coronation sauce and add to the bread. Add the herb mix, the Bombay mix and the lime pickled onions.​
