This spaghetti Bolognese is a dinner-time favorite. The herbs, red wine and rich Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise brings big flavour to this simple dish.
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) tomato puree
  • 1 cup (250 mL) dry red wine
  • 1 can (430 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock Beef
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces (250 g) spaghetti, cooked and drained
