Fish is a great meat alternative that we should all be having at least twice a week. But it can dry out quickly. In this recipe, Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise helps seal in the moisture, and gives a little creaminess to the pesto topping.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® 1/2 the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) prepared pesto
  • 4 tilapia fillets or other white fish such as haddock, sole or orange roughy, (about 1 lb./500 g)

Method

  • 1 Arrange tilapia on greased baking sheet. Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise with pesto in small bowl; spread evenly over tilapia.
  • 2 Broil until golden and tilapia flakes with fork, about 5 minutes.
