Rise and shine to these moist, delicious, berry-packed muffins.
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) quick oats
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) salt
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) cinnamon
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen mixed berries, (such as raspberries and blueberries)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann’s® 1/2 The Fat mayonnaise-type dressing
  • 1 egg

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2 In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in berries. In medium bowl beat together milk, Hellmann's® 1/2 the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing and egg. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Evenly spoon mixture into 12 paper lined or greased muffin cups.
  • 3 Bake 20 minutes or until muffin top springs back when lightly touched and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
