1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed flat-leaf parsley
1/4 cup (60 mL) loosely packed basil leaves
1 small shallot, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
