  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann’s® 1/2 The Fat mayonnaise-type dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) sliced almonds, toasted

  • 1 Combine oranges, jicama, strawberries, blueberries and onion in large bowl.
  • 2 Stir in small bowl with wire whisk, Hellmann's® 1/2 the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing , cilantro and reserved orange juice. Toss with fruit mixture, set aside.
  • 3 Arrange on serving platter, spinach and top with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.

SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 can (11 oz./300g) mandarin oranges, drained (reserved 50 mL juice).
