Combine 4 tablespoons (60 mL) Hellmann's® Organic Chipotle Mayonnaise, honey and vinegar in small bowl. Brush mixture over salmon and grill or broil until salmon flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.

Toss spinach with remaining 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Mayonnaise in large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, tossing, until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

Arrange spinach on serving platter then top with salmon.
