  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) apple cider vinegar
  • 4 salmon fillets, (about 4 oz/113g. each)
  • 8 cups (2 L) loosely packed baby spinach leaves

  • 1 Combine 4 tablespoons (60 mL) Hellmann's® Organic Chipotle Mayonnaise, honey and vinegar in small bowl. Brush mixture over salmon and grill or broil until salmon flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
  • 2 Toss spinach with remaining 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Mayonnaise in large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, tossing, until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.
  • 3 Arrange spinach on serving platter then top with salmon.
