  • 1 Process Hellmann’s® with Olive Oil mayonnaise, basil, water, garlic and salt in blender or food processor until smooth. Remove 1 tablespoon (15 mL) to bowl; add chicken and toss to coat.
  • 2 Thread chicken onto 16 skewers*. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Serve with sauce.
