  • 12 slices of bread
  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup finely diced bell peppers (mix of orange and red)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 - 2 fresh green chilis, finely minced (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann’s® Plant Based
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • cheese for assembly
  • Green and red chutney (optional) for assembly

  1. Mix all the vegetables together, add in the Hellmann's Plant Based, and combine. Add the seasonings, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.

  2. Butter the slices of bread, then layer the slices with vegetable mix, chutneys, and cheese.

  3. Grill in a panini maker or in a hot pan, slice into quarters. Serve with Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli and Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise.
