Ingredients

  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, Hellmann's® Organic Garlic, Parmesan and oregano in large bowl, tossing until evenly coated.
  2. Serve on ciabatta rolls.
