Greek Pasta Salad

A great summer salad with penne pasta, olives and feta wrapped in creamy Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. A Greek pasta salad recipe bursting with Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 oz.) fusilli pasta or bow tie pasta
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves*, chopped
  • 2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives or Greek olives
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2/3 cup cubed feta cheese

Directions

  1. Cook fusilli according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
  2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, oregano and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in cucumber, onion, tomatoes and olives. Add fusilli and spinach; toss. Top with feta.

*Substitution: Use 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed.
