Creamy Tex-Mex Beef & Corn Tortilla Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Brown ground beef with chili powder in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and stir in salsa and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil. Add tortilla wedges and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to shallow 2-quart baking dish. Spread into an even layer; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes or until bubbly around edges and cheese is melted.

TIP: Also delicious with ground turkey!
