Steak Salad with Creamy Honey-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 8 cups baby arugula or other salad greens
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 seedless cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced cooked steak or roast beef

Directions

  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, mustard, honey and vinegar in medium bowl.
  2. Arrange arugula, tomatoes and cucumber on serving platter; top with sliced steak then drizzle with dressing.
