Turkey Nachos with Creamy Salsa

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared salsa
  • 1 bag (7 oz.) plain tortilla chips
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • Nacho Fixin's*


  1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with salsa in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Arrange chips in broiler pan without rack. Top with turkey, then cheese.
  3. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with creamy salsa mixture, then top with Nacho Fixin's.

*Nacho Fixin's: Use shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pitted ripe olives and/or sliced green onions.

VARIATION: Omit salsa. Combine 1 can (4.25 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained, and 1 tablespoon lime juice with Mayonnaise.
