- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 4 torn romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices green tomato
- 2 slices yellow tomato
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
