Harvest Tuna Salad in Pitas

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz. ea.) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 (8-in.) whole wheat pita breads

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pita breads in medium bowl. Evenly stuff pita breads with tuna mixture.

Also terrific with Hellmann's or Best Foods Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
