Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted if desired
  • 2 large hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
  • 2 fresh spinach leaves or lettuce leaves, rinsed and patted dry

Directions

  1. Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise on bread slices. Equally top 2 bread slices with eggs, tomato, bacon and spinach, then top with remaining bread. Secure with toothpicks.
