Prosciutto, Cheese & More Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread (about 12-in.)
  • 6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or cooked ham
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced Genoa salami
  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves or arugula

Directions

  1. Slice bread horizontally and remove soft crumbs; evenly spread with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise. Top with peppers, cheese, prosciutto and salami, then basil. Wrap sandwich tightly with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Just before serving, slice into 6 pieces.
