Roasted Asparagus with Creamy Lemon Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Toss asparagus, 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in 13 x 9-inch roasting pan. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Combine remaining Mayonnaise, Country Crock® Spread, mustard, lemon peel and juice in small saucepan. Bring just to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Serve over hot asparagus.
