Sesame-Orange Fresh Beet Salad

  1. Cover beets with water in 4-quart saucepot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until tender; drain and cool. Peel and cube beets.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and section oranges. Cut sections in half; set aside.
  3. Combine beets, green onions, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, sesame oil, garlic salt and pepper in large bowl. Gently fold in oranges and garnish, if desired, with additional thinly sliced green onions. Chill, if desired.

Note: Beets can be roasted instead of boiled. Roast unpeeled beets at 450° for 40 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
