Chipotle-Lime Cod

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange cod on baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except bread in small bowl. Evenly spread over cod, then top with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired, with thinly sliced green onions and lime wedges.

*Some like it hot! Use 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper, if desired.
