Provencal Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz.) light tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  • 6 pitted Nicoise olives or ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 (10-inch) whole grain French baguette or small loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and sliced

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, olives and vinegar in medium bowl.
  2. Spread tuna mixture on one bread half, . Top with tomato, onion and egg, then remaining bread. Slice in half and serve.
