Potato Salad

  • 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper


  1. Cover potatoes with cold water in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and rinse with cold water. Return potatoes to saucepot.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, cilantro, salt and pepper in large bowl.Stir in onion, red pepper and potatoes. Chill, if desired.
