Creamy Nopales Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Reduced Sodium Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) nopales cactus strips, drained, patted dry and chopped
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers. Chill 2 hours or until ready to serve.
  • *SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube instead of granulated bouillon.
  • Also terrific with Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon.
